FLOOR STEENVOORDEN

For the BeekseBergen Kookboek, we had to start with cooking around the theme of an animal of choosing. I chose the Addax and after a while I came upon the fact that the Addax is an endangered species. There are only under 90 left in the wild, while Texas is full of them on the hunting ranches. I decided to create a physical eating experience around this fact that there are so many of them killed in Texas.
